The Sandtex Quick Dry Stabilising Solution 2.5 Litre is a water-based treatment designed to stabilise porous, chalking and weathered exterior masonry surfaces before painting. Its highly penetrative formulation binds loose and powdery material to create a sound surface for improved adhesion of subsequent masonry coatings.
